Aquaculture:

Breeding Tra fish with VietGAP standard helps farmers, exporting and processing companies increase the economic value of this fish.

Dong Thap Muoi (Long An province) develops yellow catfish.

Clam brings high economic efficiency to farmers in Tien Hai (Thai Binh province). However, its dependence on the market price causes hardships for farmers.

Processing, import and export:

Exporting seafood is hoped to break out at the end of the year.

Angiang Fisheries Import and Export Joint-Stock Company opens a subsidiary company in the U.S.

The uncertainty and hurry in the search for the output of puffer fish made processing companies become borrower. Hundreds of tons of processed puffer fish are now excessive.

Livestock:

Government needs to have appropriate policies to stabilize livestock industry and reduce the risk.

Dong Nai province introduces additives for animal husbandry: dry powder Dry Start and additives Lean Start. Dry Start powder is used for cleaning cages, reducing odors and maintaining the environment.

Farmers face difficulties since yam areas in Vinh Long and Dong Thap provinces are attacked by strange worm.

Flood will early come to Mekong Delta this year.

Exportation of agriculture, forestry and fisheries has reached 18.1 billion dollar.

Fruit:

Ba Den soursop is certified VietGAP.

Tuyen Quang province tries to protect and develop Vietnamese green orange.

Living and environment:

People in Ha Tinh province is now killing bees to sell to China.

In addition to fresh foods, non-genetically modified foods (non-GMO products) are encouraged to protect health.

 Pet, flower and others:

In Dai Nam Park in Binh Duong province, at 5 a.m. on August 31, a zebra gave birth to a 30-kg female zebra after eight months of pregnancy.

Two years ago, pigeon racing appeared only in Chinese community in district 5, 8, 6, 11, and Tan Phu in Ho Chi Minh city. But now, this activity becomes popular in other area in this city.
