Aquaculture:

Integrated farming and polyculture are encouraged by scientists to save shrimp farming.

In Tien Giang province, 500 red tilapia cages harvested cause VND10-billion damage to farmers.

Areola babylon price significant declines though it is successfully harvested.

Mekong Delta targets to produce and provide 3 billion fingerlings of Tra fish in 2015.

“CPF – Turbo Program,” a shrimp farming method that CP company and farmers in Vinh Chau town (Soc Trang province) apply, brings initial successes.

Households farming snakehead in Tra Cu district, Tra Vinh province lose hundreds of millions Vietnamese dong because of its cheap price caused by bệnh gù lưng.

Processing, import and export:

People began to cut down Brazilian cherry garden because companies said the output of this fruit is hard to find.

The information that dragon fruit is allowed to be directly imported to the U.S. to be irradiated before providing for large markets in this country makes the price of domestic dragon fruit increase.

Living and environment:

Diving is a high-paying job and helps fishers in Ly Son (Quang Ngai province) earn money. However, this job always has dangers surrounding.

Pet, flower and others:

Da Lat City People’s Committee promotes the project of managing and developing “Da Lat Flower” label to  daisy, rose, carnation, bluebell, and gladiolus.

Planting orchid brings high profit to households in Ho Chi Minh City.
