Aquaculture:

The decrease of Tra fish price makes Tra fish powder and breed prices decline. The lack of its raw materials may also cause difficulties for farmers breeding Tra fish.

To prevent risk in farming, insurance is necessary. However, in reality, farmers still don’t care about this.
